The Food Court
is being coordinated by Peggy Semmes
and Amy Leimer. In the picture on the
right, the Royal House of Thai Cuisine hosts Jo Jackson from England
as they plan for the Food Court.
Other chefs will be Fusun Ayik of Turkey,
Rajan Dogra of India, and Katariina and John McCrea of World Foods. The Bosnian
students and families will contribute as well as Mexican chefs. Additionally,
there will be Polish, French, Italian, Cajun, and Israeli food.
