First Thursday of Every Month
The first Thursday of every month is reserved for an hour of Adoration before the Blessed Sacrament. Newman will meet at 6PM for dinner, and Adoration will begin promptly at 7:00 PM.
Come spend some time of silent Adoration and Benediction with the Lord as often and as long as you can.
Second Thursday of Every Month
Every second Thursday has been allotted to those who are able and want to participate in cooking and eating a dinner at Dismas House. www.dismas.org is a great website for more information about the services that Dismas House provides if anyone is unfamiliar with the program. I need a number of people who are planning to attend, because food is bought the weekend before the dinner and also because only around 10 guests can be occupied in the dining area! The dinner begins promptly at 6:00 pm, but we need help around 4:30 pm to cook the meal. Please email Aileen Guerrero by the first Thursday of the month if you plan on coming and/or can help with cooking!
