Article I - Meetings
At least one regular meeting per month shall be held at a time and place convenient to the majority.
Article II - EJC Scholarship
Each spring, two scholarships in the amount of, not less than $500, shall be awarded to deserving engineering students by the EJC, subject to EJC ratification by a two-thirds majority of society representatives. Awards shall be based primarily on financial need; incoming society representatives shall be excluded from the scholarship discussions, and all information discussed shall be kept confidential.
